JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DATA SCIENCE TRAINING MANAGER

A Data Science Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the all-around growth and success of learners in a program. The Data Science Training Manager will be working closely with learners to provide them with support and guidance and address any concerns or issues to help them achieve their objectives.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Imparting Training on Python or R Programming, Statistics, Machine learning, Deep Learning ,Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI.

Conduct offline/online training sessions to Domestic & International learners.

Design training programs and Delivering highly interactive lectures offline/ online.

Develop strategies to enhance learner success.

Manage data analytics content, including assignments and quizzes.

Oversee capstone projects and provide ongoing learner support.

Plan pre-class engagement and ensure course completion.

Schedule classes, host sessions, and manage client onboarding.

Develop innovative class content and review course materials.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and corporate training.

Provide career support, including interview prep and resume building.

Design self-paced training sessions on the latest data science technologies.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance program delivery..

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Assist in program evaluation and improvement.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of instructional methods and learning theories.
• Familiarity with educational technology.
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any relevant field. Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning will be an added advantage.

Experience:

An Experience of up to 1 year is required, including freshers.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in libraries (pandas, NumPy) and frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong grasp of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
