**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Curriculum Development:

- Design and update comprehensive training materials and curricula for various data science topics.

- Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.

2. Training Delivery:

- Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

- Utilize various teaching methods (lectures, hands-on projects, group activities) to accommodate different learning styles.

3. Skill Assessment:

- Evaluate participant progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.

- Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners improve.

4. Industry Engagement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science.

- Collaborate with industry professionals to incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs.

5. Mentorship:

- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to participants.

- Assist learners in building portfolios and preparing for job opportunities in data science.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Gather feedback from participants to refine training programs.

- Implement new tools and techniques to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data science, with a strong portfolio of projects.

- Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in data science or related areas.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, power bi, machine learning and statistics etc.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and databases (SQL).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Certification in data science or relevant training methodologies.
