What We Are Looking For:

A data science expert with expertise in designing and developing AI/ML solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Study and transform data science prototypes.
  • Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs and collect large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Lead data mining and collection procedures.
  • Design Machine learning systems.
  • Research and Implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
  • Run ML tests and experiments.
  • Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Contribute to data science projects, including data cleaning, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
  • Collaborate in building internal offerings to help client/company grow on aspects beyond project/client work.

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python or R is essential. Knowledge of SQL for database querying is also beneficial.
  • Advanced skills in using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and sci-kit-learn for data manipulation and analysis and using libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc. for data visualization.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in applying machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling, classification, and clustering. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a bonus.
  • Strong statistical skills for hypothesis testing, experimentation, and A/B testing.
  • Good organization and planning skills in implementing NLP, and AI/ML solutions. Experience in guiding and leading a small team of budding data scientists.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
  • Highly motivated with a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal direction.
  • Experience with Lifesciences datasets is preferred.
