Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Analytics & Data Science and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with large datasets and in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Qualification: 4-year Engineering degree. An MBA or any specialized course work in Data Science is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with large datasets using MS Excel, SQL and designing machine learning solutions using Python/R. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in story boarding for C-Suite will be advantageous.

Areas of delivery for the team include:

• Connect with clients to understand their Data Science needs
• Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings & recommendations to senior leadership teams
• Build predictive models to drive business decisions
• Automate existing process to drive efficiency
• Present results to clients and get buy-in

Responsibilities of the individual include:

• Effectively lead a team of analysts to meet a client's analytical requirements
• Manage and meet client expectations
• Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution
• Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform
• Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/root causes
• Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms

Skills required:

• Expertise in Data Science algorithms - in-depth understanding of the math behind the algorithm
• Excellent story boarding skills to present findings to C-Suite executives
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the latest technology trends with a desire for innovation
• Expertise in Python or R
• Expertise in MS Excel & SQL
