Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Quality & Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a very varied role which will suit an individual with a strong Data, Analytics and Tech ops background. The role is the engine of the team, responsible for bringing order to the working practices, holding engineering to account for producing highly supportable solutions and facing business stakeholders while investigating concerns and assuring execution of live Analytical process and tech to quality and time.
What You Will Do
- Execute daily data operations tasks, including data ingestion, integration, and transformation.
- Handle incident management and resolution, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor and assess data quality and troubleshoot issues.

Key Skills
- Proficiency in data manipulation and processing tools.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance.
- Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management Knowledge of different technologies AWS, SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, Monte Carlo
- Held a similar position in a large corporate, working with high volumes of data
- Strong coding and scripting (e.g. Python, SQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Proven ability to set up effective alerting systems. Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
