Role Summary
The quality focal will be primarily responsible for on-time and error free deliveries. The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring quality control activities for projects. They will also analyse and Implement new quality control processes based on business requirements. This role involves working with other teams globally and adhering to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensuring compliance to QC standards, work procedures (like checklists & schedule templates) & tools.
- Provide inputs on existing processes and suggest continuous improvement of QC procedures.
- Closely monitor all projects & tasks within the metadata department, including project performance reports to ensure rapid and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of projects, from a QC perspective.
- Identify & recommend areas of improvement to processes and tools.
- Provide solutions to team on tasks and systems.
- Review & validate test results and defect reports.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest automation tools.
- Analyzes the overall project's efficiency and effectiveness post-delivery, collates feedback from stakeholders & creates project analysis report.
- Identifies risks for the project and suggest appropriate preventive actions.
- Managing & monitoring deadlines.
- Completing ad hoc projects as required

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role
- Excellent excel skills and experience of other Microsoft office tools
- A passion and aptitude for analytics
- Good English language skills
