We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Interns to join our team. In this role, you will support our multiple teams by managing, processing, and analyzing data to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain practical experience in data management and operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources.
- Engage with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships.
- Apply and expand your understanding of the insurance industry to support relevant data operations and processes.
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle models and updates, and incorporate this knowledge into data management tasks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and data processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and its operations.
- Experience or interest in working with databases and dealer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of data management and data analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with database management systems is a plus (e.g., SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
It is an WFO internship and people from Delhi/NCR will be preferred and the stipend is fixed at 15K per month.
