Job Description

We seek a driven and experienced Data Mining Representative to join our team and play a key role in lead generation and sales support. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data mining, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach, with a passion for driving business growth. You will work closely with our sales team to identify, nurture, and engage potential clients, building meaningful relationships to support our business objectives.

Data Mining

  • Identify and collect relevant data from various sources to build prospect lists.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential markets, industries, and companies that align with the company's target audience.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects for effective follow-up.
  • Keep lead data organized and up-to-date in CRM systems to ensure the sales team has accurate information for follow-up.

Cold Calling

  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients, initiating conversations to identify their needs and introduce our solutions.
  • Establish rapport and build strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or follow-up calls for further engagement.

Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Manage and optimize email lists for segmentation and targeting.
  • Track and report campaign performance to improve reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to define buyer personas, understanding pain points, needs, and preferred communication channels for each persona.

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients.
  • Use personalized messaging to build connections and generate leads.
  • Monitor LinkedIn campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data mining, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proven track record of lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
