Preferred experience with Linux/UNIX production environments

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

You love digging into technically complex problems to troubleshoot and figure out a solution

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Candidates shall perform the following roles:

Resolve team's technical issues and be ready to be handson whenever required

Set clear team goals and KPIs (S.M.A.R.T. goals)

Delegate tasks and set project deadlines

Do regular performance evaluation

Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Plan and organize team-building activities
