We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Intelligence Analyst to support our data initiatives at DrBalcony. In this role, you will own the creation of insightful dashboards, manage and optimize data sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Intelligence and Insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Metabase to visualize key metrics and KPIs
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track business-critical metrics
- Data Management and Optimization
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data from various sources
- Work with the engineering team to manage data pipelines and transformations
- Validate and troubleshoot issues in data collection or integration processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand data needs and deliver insights tailored to business goals
- Present data findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner
- Provide training to ensure stakeholders can leverage dashboards effectively
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automating reporting and streamlining data workflows
- Stay updated on the latest trends in business intelligence and data analytics tools
- Lay the groundwork for advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling and machine learning
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI. Knowledge of relational databases and data integration techniques
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable way
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred Skills: Exposure to Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus. Familiarity with statistical analysis or machine learning concepts is an advantage
