Job Title: Lead in Customer Onboarding/Customer Data Integration Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist with an MBA in Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, and expertise in Excel and ChatGPT. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and accurately creating and managing all relevant data within our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process.

Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and complete all necessary steps.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.

Data Management:

Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the ERP system with data enetry team.

Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the system.

Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

Customer Communication:

Written Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding process.

Provide feedback and insights to improve the onboarding process and customer experience.

Assist in the development of onboarding materials and resources.

Excel and ChatGPT Expertise:

Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports.

Leverage ChatGPT to enhance customer communication and support.

Develop and implement best practices for using ChatGPT in customer interactions.

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

Knowledge and experience with ChatGPT for enhancing customer support.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of financial principles and ERP systems.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
