Must have data analysis experience on master data management activities. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Experience on a Data Governance team and understanding of Data Governance principles.
Experience in designing and maintaining business glossary, data lineage, data relationships, and data stewardship.
Must have Process engineering/ data management experience.
Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and data consumers to establish best practices, processes, and procedures in support of our Enterprise Business Glossary and Data Catalog.
Data dictionary / data definition identification, process mapping, data analysis, data lineage and data profiling experience.
Create process documentation like Process control manuals, process maps/flow charts and identify process gaps and develop process control documentation.
Establish & maintain close collaboration with data stewards to ensure data quality and access the necessary data to perform their analysis.
Working knowledge of general data management standards, data quality practices and data warehousing principles
Data warehouse knowledge with basic SQL and Excel experience, Understanding of basic concepts of ETL, Reporting.
Experience in data mapping that includes data capture steps and data transformation logic.
Good writing and presentation skills present findings, insights, and recommendations to various levels of stake holders
Experience in data management tools like Informatica CDGC, MS Profisee, MS Purview preferred.
Experience on loan servicing and data warehousing and master data management projects. Nice to have experience in WSO, ACBS or LoanIQ
