The company is an innovative e-learning platform We are currently expanding our team and looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data presented on our website.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist who is proficient in uploading data and understands how these updates impact the front end of our website. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our content, contributing directly to the user experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data in our content management system (CMS) and other relevant databases.
• Verify the accuracy of data and make corrections where necessary.
• Understand the relationship between back-end data entries and front-end website presentation.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure data integration and display on the front end.
• Regularly review and clean up the database to remove outdated or incorrect information.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data quality and compliance with company standards.
• Generate reports and data summaries as needed for management and other stakeholders.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in data entry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic web development principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of how data impacts website functionality and user experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-learning platforms or educational content is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web technologies.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how data impacts search engine rankings.
