- Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Person to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
- Educational Background:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any field (e.g., Commerce, Arts, Science)
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools (e.g., Google Forms, Zoho Forms)
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigation, etc.)
- Typing Skills:
- High accuracy rate (95% or higher)
- Good typing speed (at least 40 words per minute)
- Language Skills:
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, comprehension)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Data Entry Experience:
- Relevant experience in data entry, data processing, or related fields
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and quality control measures
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications (optional):
- Data entry certifications like Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Data Entry Clerk (CDEC)
- Microsoft Office certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Application Specialist)
