Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our computer systems and maintaining the integrity and security of our databases. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into our computer systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections
- Maintain the integrity and security of our databases by following data entry procedures and policies
- Identify and resolve any data entry errors or discrepancies
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
