Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk at Kiddery Babyworks in Khanjhawala, Delhi 110081. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting customer information into our database, updating and managing spreadsheets, performing administrative assistance tasks, providing customer service, and responding to inquiries via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Strong typing and computer literacy skills
• Experience in administrative assistance and communication
• Good customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
