We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering accurate data into our companys database systems and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various databases and systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make appropriate corrections
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to inquiries regarding data entry and retrieval
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and record-keeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred, but not required.
