Data Entery Operator

Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in data entry and be able to work efficiently and accurately with large amounts of data. The candidate must have excellent typing and computer skills. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Entering and updating data in our systems (Tally/ MS Excel)
• Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
• Maintaining data integrity by regularly checking for errors or discrepancies
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Responding to data-related inquiries from team members
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a data entry operator/ Tally Operator
• Excellent typing and computer skills (25 wmn)
• Familiarity with data entry software and databases
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
