Data Engineer with SSIS

Experience: 6 - 14 years

Job Description:

• Work on the latest DB technologies with different No-sql databases.
• Implement and document best practices, direction for data engineering and design across multiple projects and functional areas.
• Advise on performance optimizations and best practices for scalable data models, pipelines and queries.
• Leverage the right tools for the right job to deliver testable, maintainable, and modern data solutions
• Design, build and implement automation framework for scale that deliver data with measurable quality under the SLA
• Identify, document and promote best practices.
• Reduce technical debt over time with root cause identification and resolution of system problems.

Technical Skills:

Must have:

• Very Strong understanding in MS SQL , SSIS, Pyspark, Python
• Experience in cloud preferably AWS.
• Experience in relational SQL and noSQL databases

Good to have:

• Understanding and hands on experience in Big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Oozie, Sqoop, Elastic Search.
• Expertise in data-structures, algorithms and object-oriented design patterns.
• EMR, Cloudformation, Glue, Step functions.
