In your new role you will:
- Build reporting tools and dashboards to efficiently provide visibility on key metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and preprocessing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Interactive and fully customizable dashboards tailored to specific business needs.
- Visualizations (charts, graphs, maps, etc.) that represent key insights and data trends.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of relevant industry experience in either data engineering, software development, business intelligence, data science, or related field with experience in manipulating, processing, and extracting value from complex datasets.
- Practical experience with RDBMS, Bigdata, and Graph DB technologies.
- Technical Skills: Hadoop, Spark / PySpark, SQL .
- Familiar with Unix Commands and basic work experience in Unix ShellScripting. Data expertise to manipulate and integrate big data anddifferent data types such as text, tables, and Documents (pdf,Xls, CSV)using Python, and PySpark.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to Data scientists, Reporting teams and business audiences.
