As the Data Engineer - Intermediate, you will be working mainly with the FP&A team to ensure the processes are running in a timely, accurate manner and are fully maintained, updated and backed-up from both a technical and documentation perspective. Using your technical competence, you will need to demonstrate confidence and can do attitude to change requests and change management. The Specifics
Operational
Maintain existing complex Pipelines in Azure Data Factory.
Trouble shoot and fix Azure Pipeline fails.
Maintain Databricks workflows.
Edit and Publish new Pipelines to Main Branch.
Set variables for use in Pipeline.
Ability to understand Pipeline Expression Builder.
Create Schedule Trigger Pipelines based on Time and other.
Ability to Trigger Azure pipelines.
Ability to understand Azure Runbook.
Understand Copy Data from Blob to SSMS.
Execute Programmability in SSMS using Azure Pipeline.
Understand SSMS SQL queries, tables and views.
Document systems flow and procedure.
Monitor Pipelines for speed and performance.
Ability to advise on other technologies or tools that may enhance current processes.
Able to clearly articulate complex systems.
Financial Management
Having worked with integration from systems like NetSuite or Oracle packages would be desirable.
Jira and Confluence knowledge is desirable.

Qualification:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or other numerate subject. Software Engineering or comparable professional development and commercial experience.

- 5+ years of Azure experience.
- 4+ years of Azure data Factory experience.
- 4+ years of Azure Pipeline development experience.
- 3+ years of Azure Databricks experience.
- 2+ years Programming experience.
- 1+ years of SQL Server Management Studio.
- 1+years of Python experience.
- 1+years of Java experience.
- 1+years of Dax experience.
- 1+years of documentation and systems flow experience.
- Knowledge of integration into Power Bi is desirable but not essential.
