Job Overview:
As a Data-Driven Strategy Associate, you will be instrumental in optimizing our content management system (CMS) to enhance user experience by aligning our consultation offerings with market demand. This role requires a keen analytical mind, adept at navigating and interpreting data to make strategic decisions that boost user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and optimize topics, subcategories, and categories within the CMS to match the dynamic demand and supply of our consultation services.
Analyze data on user interactions and consultation patterns to identify trends and opportunities for content enhancement.- Work closely with service providers to ensure they adhere to Coto's standards and guidelines, promoting a consistent and quality experience for all users.
Develop and implement strategies for various consultation formats including 1:1 sessions, live consultations, and departmental advisories.
- Generate regular reports on content performance, user engagement, and provider compliance.
Ensure good project management and compliance.- Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to refine tool functionalities and user interfaces based on data-driven insights.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the consultation services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, content management, or a similar role.- Strong understanding of CMS and content optimization strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.- Experience in a digital platform or e-commerce environment is preferred.
