SQL coding skills, Stored procedures and queries, SSIS,ETL , Accounting for healthcare BPO

The Developer - Data and Analytics position is responsible for modifying the accounting data infrastructure to expedite data analysis and reporting for Archer Onsite Team. The Developer will work with the Manager of Data and Analytics, Directors, Archer Senior Leadership, Consultants, and other pertinent parties to update and react to events throughout the lifecycle of the Revenue Recognition and Lien Payment process. Accounting and Healthcare BPO knowledge will be useful. Key Responsibilities:

Write SQL queries to obtain raw data based on existing Accounting Reports

Modify processes (stored procedures, triggers, table optimization etc.) to enable & maintain dynamic data environments

Assist with accounting reconciliation processes, understanding of best practices and automation techniques

Understand and enhance current systems to integrate the Billing and Revenue Recognition processes

Understanding of Revenue Recognition per ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) Someone who is deeply knowledgeable about data, systems and programming and passionate about the use of data and analytics to drive business decisions. This role is expected to closely collaborate with multiples teams inside and outside of the accounting department and effectively influence on behalf of analytics and data driven thinking.

SQL coding skills modifying stored procedures, views, and complex queries (JOIN, UNION, CASE WHEN, etc.). Focused on maintaining & managing a dynamic data integration environment

Exposure to SSIS and the ETL cycle; work with Manager of Data and Analytics to develop automated solutions integrating disparate data sets and migrate existing data sets into newly developed in-house platforms

Excellent organization and communication skills. Have a desire for continuous process improvement, optimization, and automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable and highly proficient in working with large sets of data with SQL Server, Power BI, Excel or other similar tools

4 years experience developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages

Ability to take loose or incompletely defined requirements and use knowledge and experience to create a finished product

Ability to give effective presentations to management and other team members

Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills

Bachelor's degree Business, Finance, Information Management, or related field preferred

Able to read, review and code complex legal contracts related to fee metrics and milestones in the Revenue Recognition process preferred
