About Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Coordinator to manage and maintain critical data, track performance metrics, and provide insights that support decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a keen ability to generate accurate reports and deliver key insights. Experience with tools like Zoho is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Maintenance:
o Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple systems and databases.
o Perform regular data cleansing and updates to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
o Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure data is properly captured and maintained.
Attending Calls and Meetings:
o Act as liaison between the VP of Operations and other Department Heads & Clients.
Define KPIs & Team Performance:
o Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Track team performance and identify areas for improvement based on KPIs.
o Collaborate with leadership to refine KPIs and optimize processes.
MIS Data Management:
o Manage and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on a regular basis, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
o Collect, analyse, and present data for decision-making and performance tracking.
Tracking and Reporting:
o Track various business metrics and performance indicators.
o Provide regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders on project status, team performance, and overall business health.
o Monitor trends and patterns in data and make recommendations for process improvements.
Data Insights:
o Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights and trends.
o Lead data-driven decision-making processes by providing accurate, meaningful reports and recommendations.
o Develop and maintain data models to forecast performance and potential outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
o Relevant certifications in data management or analytics (e.g., SQL, Excel, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
o Experience in using Zoho (or similar CRM/ERP tools) for data management is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
