Data Centre Operator(L2&L3)Diploma / Degree BE/ B.Tech / MCA in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Engg. / Electronics & Communication/Electronics
Data center support experience of 6 to 8 years
Experience in Data Centre Environment monitoring Rack Space, Temperature, Humidity, Cooling etc.,
Experience in Rack space management
Experience in Cabling / Patching at Rack & Server side (CAT 5 / 6 ++ & Fiber)
Understanding of Power Cable types and power connectivity requirement
Experience with ILO / IDRAC configuration & monitoring
Understanding & experience with advance server support (Commodity Servers)
Experience in performing preventive maintenance in coordination with OEM
Experience in material movement within data center for upgrades / repairs
Experience in racking and stacking of Server, Appliances, Tape Library / Storage
Experience in Server Upgrades / Installation, RAID configurations, SSD / NVME installations
Experience in Server troubleshooting & OEM coordination / escalation
Experience in virtualization technology is desirable.
Experience in Server status monitoring through tools / physical validation
Experience Asset tracking and update of inventory
