Job Title: Data Analytics Trainer

As a Data Analytics Trainer at Unisoft Technologies you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in data analytics. You will educate and mentor professionals and students in data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance their skills and career prospects.
Training Delivery:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in data analytics.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.- Use various training methodologies to engage learners and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Curriculum Development:- Design, update, and maintain course materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
Ensure the curriculum stays current with industry trends and best practices.- Customize training programs based on the needs of different audiences.
Hands-on Guidance:- Provide hands-on training in tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant technologies.
Guide learners through practical projects and case studies.- Offer support and mentorship to learners throughout their training journey.
Assessment and Feedback:- Assess learners progress through quizzes, assignments, and exams.
Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.- Track and report on learners performance and outcomes.
Industry Insight:- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in data analytics.
Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into the training.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Previous experience in teaching, training is a plus point.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
