Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Data & Analytics Solutions:
- Spearhead the design and implementation of enterprise-level data and analytics solutions
- Guide projects from initial requirement gathering through to production deployment
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with company strategy
Cutting-Edge Technology Implementation:
- Work with a high-impact team to develop current offerings
- Shape future products and services using advanced analytics and data platform technologies
- Stay updated on emerging trends in data and analytics
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT Business Engagement, and technical teams
- Facilitate communication and understanding between non-technical and technical stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users
- Analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Select appropriate technical solutions to address identified requirements
Architecture and Platform Integration:
- Collaborate with Platform Architects to design comprehensive solutions
- Ensure adherence to standard practices and platforms
- Integrate new solutions with existing architecture seamlessly
Project Leadership:
- Take charge of solution-related project tasks
- Oversee the build phase of solutions
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
Strategic Communication:
- Articulate the company's data and analytics solution strategy to various stakeholders
- Present complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements
- Proactively seek opportunities to optimize procedures and improve efficiency
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's data and analytics capabilities
Problem-Solving and Support:
- Provide escalation support for solution-related issues
- Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies
- Ensure smooth operation of deployed solutions
Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
- Adapt to changing business needs and technological landscapes

- Must have demonstrated and proven hands-on expertise in SAP BO/BW/SAC, Azure Data Factory, SQL DW, Databricks, MS Power BI, or similar BI/DW/ETL tools
- Apply technical knowledge to solve complex business problems
- Mentor and guide team members in technical and functional aspects of the project

Skills/ Qualifications
- University Degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in Information Technology or comparable subjects
