Key Responsibilities

- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models to support forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning and validating datasets.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business initiatives.
- Data Mining: Utilize various data mining techniques to discover hidden insights within our data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field from a Tier 1 college or university.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
