Overview
The Data Analyst Trainee will play a crucial role in supporting the data team through data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position is of utmost importance as it contributes to the organization's decision-making process by providing valuable insights derived from data.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection and cleansing processes
- Conduct data analysis using various statistical and machine learning techniques
- Assist in creating and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
- Experience with database querying languages such as SQL
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data manipulation and cleansing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus
- Proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new data analysis techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance is a plus
