Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to detect fraudulent patterns and behaviors across the product data repository.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define fraud detection requirements and strategies.
Investigate suspicious activities and transactions to identify potential scams and fraudulent schemes.
Develop and implement data-driven playbooks to prevent and mitigate fraud risks.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures taken, their impact, and corrective actions needed.
Stay up to date with emerging fraud trends, techniques, and technologies.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Participate in the development and enhancement of fraud prevention product features and procedures.
What youd have
A minimum of 5 years of work experience
Database skills: Ability to query data on click house, aerospike, MySQL, etc
Ability to use visualization tools like SpagoBI, Tableau, etc
Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Julia is an addon.
Soft skills: critical thinking, communication with stakeholders, etc
Prior experience in the security, fraud, and IT risk domain is a plus.
