The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.
Job Summary
Client is looking for Data Analyst who can support from office in hybrid mode
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources, including Redshift, to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain visually compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that track key business metrics, KPIs, and performance trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Perform deep dive analyses to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for optimization across eCommerce platforms (desktop, mobile, and apps).
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide insights to support product and marketing decision-making.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics systems.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in data analysis and eCommerce analytics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid experience with Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
- Proven experience analyzing data from major eCommerce platforms, especially in the context of .com websites or mobile applications.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages, such as Python, R, or similar tools, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and KPIs, including conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), retention, and product performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
