The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in extracting insights and driving business decisions through data. An MBA is required for this position, and experience in the seafood or food processing industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can influence business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Utilize statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and make recommendations for business improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
MBA degree is required.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the seafood or food processing industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
