Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Excel, Power BI, and other data analytics and visualization tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, provide insights, and support business decisions with actionable information.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and other visualization platforms.

Perform detailed data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.

Work with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics.

Provide data-driven recommendations based on analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Assist in automating routine reporting tasks and improving reporting processes.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tools/technologies in data analytics and visualization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).

Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards.

Familiarity with other data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Python (nice to have).

Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methodologies, and reporting best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

Understanding of A/B testing and other experiment-based data analysis.

Fixed CTC 30K to 40K Per Month
