Job Overview
This is a full-time role based in Gurgaon, working as a Data Analyst with a focus on Python. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python programming language, and experience in handling and processing large datasets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets using Python to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
- Design and execute queries, conduct exploratory data analysis, and create visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and validity.
- Identify data quality issues, perform data cleansing and transformation, and develop automated data validation procedures.
- Develop predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
