Position Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that can help drive business strategies and decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Develop and maintain powerBI and custom dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.

- Use statistical methods and tools to perform data analysis and modeling.

- Present data insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy..
