Job OverviewThe Data Analyst is responsible for managing our data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, deriving insights to drive strategic business decisions. This role encompasses the entire analysis lifecycle, including requirement gathering, execution, and design planning. You will enhance analytical and reporting functions, and oversee performance and quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Extract raw data (JSON format) from machines and transfer to ClickHouse database
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex datasets
Clean data and review computer-generated reports to correct coding errors- Align business and information needs with management
Identify process improvement opportunities
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs- Create data visualizations and dashboards to support cross-departmental decision-making
Communicate insights through reports and visual presentations
- Work with department managers to define data requirements for tailored analysis projects
Data security & encryption
- Skills and Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for compiling, organizing, analyzing, and presenting large datasets- Hands-on experience in creating data pipelines from JSON to columnar databases like ClickHouse
Proficiency with Pub/Sub Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka)
- Experience with analytical dashboard tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI)
Critical thinking skills to derive meaningful insights from data- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficient in report writing and presenting findings
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Industry and business operations knowledge is a plus
