Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst
The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
As part of your day-to-day work, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide strategic insights to support key decision-making processes.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven initiatives and strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on strategic insights (prior experience in Gaming / eCommerce companies is preferred).
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in documenting business requirements, use cases, and data models with precision.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization skills with demonstrated ability to handle large datasets, and utilize BI Tools like Power BI and Tableau.
