Objective Of This Role
Create product insights for key features/products by diving deep in the data
Build and maintain comprehensive data models to understand user behaviors
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Analyzing various product performance and working towards its optimization
Create and maintain data pipelines on data analytic platform
Partner with Product, engineering and business teams to identify new levers to help move key metrics
Identify and monitor key product metrics, understanding root causes of changes in metrics
Inform, influence, support and execute product decisions and product launches
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver
requirements and documentation
Required Skills
Strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers
Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
Excellent critical thinking skill, combined with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and beliefs in
verbal and written manner
Technical capabilities: SQL, Excel and Scripting Language
Any Data Visualization Tool (e.g. GA, Power BI, Tableau etc)
Knowledge of Statistics and any Statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, SAS,SPSS etc) will be an
advantage
Exceptional multitasking ad time-management skills
Qualification
Engineering Graduate from top tier college
