Team & Role
The
Data Analyst - Implementation will be responsible for the efficient and timely onboarding of client portfolio and investment data. This role is crucial in supporting our company's growth and helping our clients get the most out of our platform.
What We Are Looking For
- Monitor and ensure the successful onboarding of client portfolio data, including data collection, analysis, importing, and reconciliation
- Transform data according to client requirements, asset classes, and investment types for seamless integration into our reporting platform
- Reconcile client portfolio performance and holdings to ensure data consistency
- Break down complex project deliverables into manageable tasks for efficient execution
- Provide timely and transparent updates to customers, working closely with the implementation team
- Understand and address customer data and reporting needs to deliver effective, data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with product and development teams to drive process improvements and contribute to product development
Skills And Expertise
- You have 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in Capital Markets, Fintech, Brokerage, or a related industry
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- You have a strong understanding of portfolio management, investment strategies, and financial instruments
- You have experience processing complex financial data to deliver actionable insights
- You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and summarize detailed information
- You are exceptional in verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- You have knowledge of asset valuation, including private assets, bonds, derivatives, swaps, FX forwards, commodities, and equities
- You have advanced Excel skills, with intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel VBA
- You have an FRM/CFA certification (preferred but not required)
- You have the ability to work during UK business hours
