Overview:
You will report to the Director of DMD. You are expected to work in a staggered shift to provide overlap of at least 4 hours with the US EST time zone.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Data Analyst with a strong background in sales, marketing, and revenue data analysis. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in utilizing cutting-edge data visualization and AI techniques to uncover actionable insights for business users. You will be responsible for solving challenging data problems, applying statistical analysis to forecast trends, and participating in all stages of the data lifecycle from requirement gathering to interpretation. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building dashboards / reports, proficient in complex data modeling and architecture, and unafraid of navigating intricate and disconnected data landscapes.
Working as part of the Data, Models, and Decisions (DMD) team, the successful candidate has an opportunity to join an innovative data science and engineering team that s operationalizing data across the organization. We see model-driven processes and workflows as a means to reduce uncertainty, reveal opportunity, and generate operational leverage that collectively create a new dimension of competitive advantage and lay the foundation for new revenue streams.
You will:
- You can operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- You are an expert on Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis
- You have mastered the art of data presentation through dashboards and reports
- You understand the Sales pipeline, Marketing funnel and Accounting functions
- You are highly skilled in data modeling and database queries
- You relate to our core principles and want to work with experts in their respective fields
You have:
- Demonstrated ability to independently uncover insights and relationships across numerous datasets
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data and creating dashboards and reports (PowerBI - Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience interpreting and writing advanced SQL
- 1+ years of experience in Python and good working knowledge of pandas and matplotlib
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field
- Ability to work closely with teammates in a highly collaborative environment and simultaneously be a self-starter with strong individual contributions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
