Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Skills:
- Utilize SQL, BigQuery, and Google Cloud SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Create insightful data visualizations using Tableau and other data visualization tools.
- Apply machine learning techniques for predictive modeling and regression analysis.
- Write efficient code in Python and R, leveraging libraries such as scikit-learn and caret.
- Digital Care and Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional digital customer service through chat support, SMS, and IVR systems.
- Assist customers with mobile application-related queries and issues.
- Monitor customer metrics, analyze customer experiences, and contribute to improving the customer journey.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
