SuperBottoms is an undisputed leader in the sustainable baby-diapering space and aims to strengthen the position via brand campaigns with the now investor and ambassador, Alia Bhatt and also via offline expansion in the coming years.
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems and dashboards that support key business decisions.
Find insights that influence decisions (particularly new product/feature ideas). This work will span from early data explorations about user behaviors, to multivariate experiments and optimization.
Analyze and provide recommendations to influence our product and marketing strategy.
Provide user insights through data: cohorts analyses, user segmentation, and behavioral analyses.
Track & analyze the consumer growth metrics.
Lifetime Value, Acquisition Cost, Cohorts, customer life cycle, etc.
Engineering graduate with Experience in Google Analytics (Good to have)
Excellent knowledge of amazon pi, helium, amazon seller central
Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Power BI.
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
