About The Role
Data Analyst/Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, optimizing leasing operations, and driving strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with different departments to enhance the efficiency of leasing processes, improve customer satisfaction, and increase the company's market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends in the car leasing industry, including customer preferences, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to help the company stay ahead in the market.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing leasing processes and identify areas for improvement. Work with operations and IT teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to leasing operations, customer behavior, and financial performance. Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management.
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders from various departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.) to gather and document business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.
Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at improving leasing operations or launching new services. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improving leasing products and services. Work with the marketing team to tailor offerings to meet customer needs.
Financial Analysis: Work closely with the finance team to analyze the profitability of leasing products, pricing strategies, and cost structures. Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement new technologies or services that can enhance leasing operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all leasing operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in India. Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on business performance, project progress, and market trends. Maintain documentation for all business processes and projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive, leasing, or financial services industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and experience with CRM and ERP systems. Familiarity with leasing management software is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting projects, with knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
