The Role
Shape Sprinto's overall data strategy and help refine how data drives decision-making across all teams. Play a key role in establishing Sprinto's dominance in the SaaS market through proactive insight generation and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end Data Infrastructure: Develop and maintain a robust data tracking and reporting system, ensuring seamless integration of data sources such as website performance, sales outcomes, marketing activities, and customer engagement
- Active Insight Generation: Move beyond data collection to provide actionable insights across teams. Analyze trends, identify growth bottlenecks, relay feedback on existing projects and pinpoint opportunities that can drive measurable impact on growth, sales, and customer success
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the growth, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that data is being leveraged to inform decisions and refine strategies. Present data insights that highlight missing pieces or underutilized opportunities in growth and sales efforts
- Unified Data Reporting: Consolidate data from diverse platforms (website, CRM, ad platforms, product usage) to provide a clear, holistic view of performance metrics. Ensure stakeholders have access to real-time insights that align with Sprinto's strategic objectives and full-funnel overview
- Optimizing Sales & Marketing Synergies: Use data-driven insights to identify gaps in alignment between sales and marketing efforts. Help shape strategies that boost conversion rates, customer acquisition, and lead generation
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Empower teams with the data they need to make informed decisions. Develop and iterate dashboards and reports that translate complex data set into easy-to-understand formats for executive and team-level consumption. Customized insights for Content, Paid, Events and Product Marketing
- Performance Tracking and Measurement: Implement rigorous tracking mechanisms for key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy and real-time reporting for all growth and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in analytics, with a strong track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes. Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus to understand user funnel and key metrics
- Technical Skills: Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, BI platforms) and a strong understanding of attribution models, tracking systems, and campaign performance evaluation
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the bigger picture, linking granular data analysis to overarching company goals. Adept at recognizing growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Cross-Functional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with experience influencing and aligning multiple departments, especially growth, marketing, and sales, to execute on data-driven strategies. Able to present complex data insights in a simple, actionable manner that stakeholders across all levels can understand and act on
- Proactive Mindset: A natural problem solver who looks for inefficiencies in efforts and takes the initiative to address them before they become issues
