Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of statistics and familiarity with statistical concepts such as probability, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and statistical inference.
- Understanding of descriptive statistics and measures of central tendency and variability.
- Ability to apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience in working with statistical software or programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, SPSS).
- Knowledge of survey designing.
- Understanding of statistical models and their applications in predictive analytics.
- Ability to effectively communicate statistical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems using statistical analysis.
- Continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in statistical methods and tools used in data science.
Basic software to know
- Basics of Excel / Python / Power BI / SQL.
- Knowledge of making presentations using power point,
- Knowledge of python programing language and machine learning algorithms.
