Key Responsibilities
Data Sourcing and Collection:
- Identify and gather data from multiple sources, including internal databases, external repositories, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the acquisition of relevant and accurate data.
Data Mining And Customer Analysis
- Conduct in-depth data mining to extract valuable information related to customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights that contribute to business growth.
Report Generation
- Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Communicate complex data analysis results clearly and understandably to the Owner/Director.
Lead Funnelling And Strategy Development
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to funnel leads based on data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of collected data through rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to address data quality issues and enhance data integrity.
