Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst (Advanced) to join our team. In this role, you will identify business challenges and opportunities, develop actionable intelligence, and support data-driven decision-making. You will validate and analyze data, produce insightful visualizations and reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills. You will play a key role in fostering a data-centric culture and supporting our data strategy.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Desired Candidate:

Identify business challenges and opportunities to support stakeholders and articulate their

business needs.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling, action-driven intelligence that aligns with core

business needs, delivering meaningful insights that drive measurable outcomes and inform

decision-making to foster business growth.

Recognize the importance of understanding the data being analyzed, validate the information

provided, and reconcile data sets as part of the Data Analytics Cycle.

Identify incomplete and diverse data sets, pinpointing data issues that may affect the accuracy

and completeness of any analysis performed.

Produce data visualizations, detailed reporting, and analytics, underpinned with clear business

commentary.

Balance the technical and analytical demands of the role with the need for strong engagement

with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and support the overarching data strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

3+ years of relevant Data Analyst(advanced) experience in a professional environment.

Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.

Strong applied technical and analytical skills, with extensive experience using SQL and

Excel/Google Sheets.

Exposure to cloud technologies and cloud data warehouses.

Ability to structure and present complex subjects in a meaningful and comprehensible manner.

Confident communicator with demonstrable experience delivering presentations to senior

stakeholders of varying technical knowledge.

Professional experience in Python, R, or statistical modeling.
