Requirements:
- Diploma or Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience windows environment, Unix environment
- At least 3 years of experience in building dashboard, automate report generation and data analytics
- Data pipeline, relational database development experience
- Experienced in SQL query and any database procedure, function development
- Data visualization tool such as Grafana, Power BI (min 2 years experience), Tableau.
- SQL knowledge
- AIOPS solution and AIML technology
- Data Reporting tool (eg. Crystal report, Business Object)
- Programming or scripting language (eg. Python, powershell)
- Good problem solving skills
- Good understanding with Systems, networking and development tools
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer pain-points into problem statements, develop analytics solutions, and present results and learnings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Build and maintain data queries as well as data pipelines through tools such as SQL
- Build sophisticated dashboards and automated reports for core business metrics and performance trends using visualization tools such as Tableau, Grafana and PowerBI
- Work closely with project manager and technical leads, and deliver work in a waterfall or agile software development lifecycle methodologies
- Roll out AIOPS solution to improved service assurance for Telco service assurance and ICT projects
