Job Description
Manage all staff related issues, holiday cover, sickleave cover etc
- Assign DAT tasks to the appropriate staff for efficient completion
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all tasks performed by the DAT Team
- Communicate with queries and issues with Director Operations in timely manner for resolution
- Report job processing stats to Director Operations monthly
- Attend fortnightly check-in meeings with Director Operations and Director ESSC
- Perform DAT Tasks to assist the teams complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain all SOP documents, documenting changes to process and or any new processes to be performed.
Submitting changes to SOP to the Director Operations for approval
- Ensure the Quality of work performed by team by implementing QA controls
- Ensure the team meet all deadlines set by Director Operations
