Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dairy Technologist located in Patna. The Dairy Technologist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food technology, sensory evaluation, food science, and research and development (R&D) in the dairy industry. The role involves ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products, developing new dairy products, conducting sensory evaluations, and contributing to research and development initiatives.

• Dairy Products knowledge and experience
• Sensory Evaluation expertise
• Research and Development (R&D) experience in the dairy industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with quality control and food safety regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field
